With the Registry structure within the Rector's Office; It is aimed to define the processes related to all correspondence of the institution, direct them accordingly, and monitor and record them.

In addition, this includes archiving all cooperation agreements/protocols throughout the institution in coordination with the legal consultancy, recording and monitoring board and commission memberships, and their duration by collaborating and sharing information with the Human Resources Department.
